Pricing and packaging model was an absolute joke and pissed off a number of customers, and was a disaster of a rollout. Very clearly Mader and team only cared about their golden parachute and left the rest of us to deal with their mess. Customers are churning left and right.

My overall experience at Smartsheet was great, the leadership really care about Sales & helping to optimize performance.
