The launch of the model is a complete failure. True-ups have been paused, reps aren't hitting their numbers, and there is no compensatory consideration for the 6+ months of which we basically can't sell licenses.

Politics have skyrocketed - performance comes second to favoritism regarding getting PIPed, as the Oracle 2.0 environment has run it's course by now.
