Current Employee3.1Nov 8, 2024Great people all over the business, but most are on the way out after drastic changes to product have been made by leadership, which were poorly rolled out and communicated to client-facing roles, and expected to be executed on by those same teams. 20% or so are hitting quota, most people are miserable, the run is over but it was fun while it lasted.

BoB's are assigned at random and are littered with fake accounts/ non-existent companies/ duplicates galore. There also was never urgency to fix those issues almost like turning a blind eye. Inbound lead flow is immensely few & far between. Which is fine everyone is dealing with...Read More
