Current Employee Overall the org has changed drastically over the past 9-12 months, and not for the better. We implemented a new User Model which changes the way we charge for usage (current customers are not loving this at all), data has been all over the board (very inconsistent from what customers can see in their Admin portal), the product has taken steps backwards (this can be seen in G2 and Gartner reports), Culture has been dissolved and compensation has taken a hit. Those are just a few of the issues.
Because of problems with the Admin Portal for customers we've "paused" quarterly true ups now for 2 quarters with no end in sight. We've received no quota relief at all making it VERY difficult to find a path for hitting your number this year. I see no light at the end of the tunnel for Smartsheet (unfortunately).
I would avoid this organization for the next 12-24 months (at least as a Strategic Account Executive) until they figure out their strategy moving forward. I'm in the process of moving to a new org over the coming weeks. Browse Other Reviews
