The new user model has been a mess. The overall platform capabilities are still strong, but I have not heard of a single discussion with an existing customers where the transition to the new user model has been welcomed. Leadership will tell you otherwise, but they have not produced any evidence to prove it. It's killing trust with long standing customers.

Smartsheet has really hung the sales team out to dry this year. People are leaving in droves and leadership is very reactive vs. proactive. Some exciting stuff on the product roadmap but mostly our product team has let most of our core offerings fall behind the competition in terms of innovation

Going downhill due to a very out-of-touch leadership team. So many teams are burned out so it can be like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished, plus there’s also a ridiculous amount of red tape.
