A generally strong product and, when deployed well, impactful to customers. Strategy is a mess. A lack of customer care and obsession, little to no product innovation, and no clear connected strategy have eroded the brand with current customers, analyst firms, and current employees.

Smartsheet has continued to go downhill with changes to leadership and our new subscription model. Reps are told conflicting processes everyday and leadership is focused on micromanaging reps in order to place them on PIPs. Lead flow and attainment for most reps is abysmal.

Smartsheet is failing its sales organization. Part of the expansion teams' responsibilities is to renew customers on the new license model. The launch of the model is a complete failure. True-ups have been paused, reps aren't hitting their numbers, and there is no compensatory consideration for the 6+ months of which we basically can't sell licenses.
