Smartsheet is failing its sales organization. Part of the expansion teams' responsibilities is to renew customers on the new license model. The launch of the model is a complete failure. True-ups have been paused, reps aren't hitting their numbers, and there is no compensatory consideration for the 6+ months of which we basically can't sell licenses.

Smartsheet did a lot of things well with culture, resources available and leadership's willingness to support the sales org.
