Take a look on LinkedIn and you will see why people love to work here! They promote from within and reps are put in a position to be successful. Leadership is not tone deaf of the economic headwinds and did their best to help folks through it by adjusting quotas. The OTE may be smaller in comparison to other tech companies, however the commissions are very real and achievable. There are components of the comp structure that allow you to overstrain OTE by selling services, ESPP, and of course the stock!

This company has always offered a lower-than-market sales compensation.
