I like working at Smartsheet because the product is a good fit, but leadership is very inconsistent and seems to be out of touch from a Director level and up. Good role for taking time off. I appreciate the RSUs and ESPP. Really wish there was a better strategy coming from upper leadership, because a lot of what we're doing right now is churn and burn for accounts and territories.

Great company, great product. Lead flow was solid. RSUs and stock purchase program available. New business a bit more challenging than CDM roles do to alot of cross and upselling premium apps.
