My overall experience was slightly skewed as my personality did not align to the company's culture. They were great on paper, but after awhile I started to feel like I had inadvertently joined a cult. Great for people who love the corporate settings, not so great for people that fell into it.

OGs have a big leg up on accounts, new hires hope to get lucky with assigned accounts and to not lose prospects at the turn of the fiscal year. Decent training, poor management but the product is good and users like it, tough to sell-in initially but relatively easy to upsell to existing customers as long as implementation and CS perform.
