PE takeover definitely shook things up and the I don’t feel like this company is better than it was 3 years ago. The switch to a consumption based model was a huge turning point in the way we operate and only made customers second guess if they wanted to continue with us. Competitors are innovating quicker and we are slowly masking inefficiencies or lack of core innovation will AI. Great place to learn sales skills and how to be a proper AE but wouldn’t consider it a long term career.

Be very wary of the Large Enterprise segment of Smartsheet, both Key and Strategic. The culture is no where near where it used to be and it comes from the 3rd and 2nd line leadership. Reps are looking to leave. I would certainly be cautious coming here.

As a business, steady decline over the past 12 months. Rushed PE acquisition & new licensing model has caused mass discontent with customers and employees.
