Smartsheet is an industry leader and has a more functional product for enterprise customers than its direct competitors. Growth/promotion opportunities in the sales organization are linear. The CRO has written out strict criteria for sales promotions that in my opinion makes career growth prospects at Smartsheet more limited than other companies. The company is not issuing stock as often as much as it was in 2020-2022 (naturally, given economic conditions and company growth).

Lot of significant changes here over the past few months. Product changes, leadership changes, etc. Historically Smartsheet had been an inbound sales product but due to over hiring that is next to non existent for new business making it difficult to attain quota without a lot of luck
