Since changing the subscription model to inflate the company's value while shopping the company to VCs, then gouging customers at renewal, Smartsheet has become a poor fit most people.

Smartsheet is an industry leader and has a more functional product for enterprise customers than its direct competitors. Growth/promotion opportunities in the sales organization are linear. New licensing model is creating a lot of customers to churn and was selfishly done for the acquisition to get as much guaranteed transactional money. A lot of legacy employees and leadership has left the company.
