Pro: Easy to perform well, great PMF, very flexible selling environment. Con: commissions team is completely incompetent, leaving THOUSANDS of dollars off commissions on a monthly basis. Even with thorough record keeping and proof, requests to adjust get ignored. Can’t imagine what those who don’t audit their commissions are leaving on the table. Great cash flow strategy for the company. Demoralizing for the rep.

Great product terrible leadership. Low level managers are not managed. No growth opportunities. No transparency and internal processes are a mess.
