Former Employee My overall experience was disappointing.
I accepted a greenfield hunter territory within the Enterprise segment. The expectation set by my leadership was that it would require a 2 year build. An expectation that I found acceptable given the long term opportunity.
The first 6 months would be spent building pipeline that I'd be expected to close during months 9-24. I spent 4.5 months building pipeline ( 2x quota) I expected to close by month 9 and then was suddenly terminated without cause.
