The expansion organization is the primary revenue driver, but has been given a significant portion of the quota. There have fortunately been mid-year adjustments on a case by case basis, but in order to continue attracting and retaining the top talent we desire, we need to ensure compensation rewards the efforts and success they make for the organization.
