Overall experience was good. They train new hires very well and prep you for a fast paced environment. Like all SDR jobs there were many frustrating nuances and promotion paths were unclear and changed often.

Terrible leadership in the corporate org. It is a bunch of young people who sold the product at its peak and think that they are the best sales people in the world.... they aren't. That is why no teams have been hitting quota since 2021.
