Former Employee4.3Oct 4, 2023Overall it’s a great company to work for with a great product, although there are cheaper alternatives and with current market conditions customer are realising that They over hired sales reps globally and now reaping the downside to it, making reps hand their notice in rather than sacking to that they can’t go to competition due to non compete clause

Former Employee3.7Jan 13, 2025Aside from lacking steady management given organizational, structural changes - Snowflake is a pretty great place to work. SDR to AE pipeline is/was dry internally, but work-wise, solid chance to perform well.
