Honestly would not reccomend working here as an SDR. 90% will never get promoted. They don't care about promoting within - or they say they do but don't make an effort

All depends on timing, terriotory and your direct leader. product can still be succuessful but not as ground breaking and oversatured market compared to 5-10 years ago.

Pretty good. Very patch dependant - you can get lucky or unlucky like in any sales role, but the team, culture, comp and general atmosphere is great. If you're looking to join, I would suggest speaking to current employees, as everyone is very open and willing to chat
