There have fortunately been mid-year adjustments on a case by case basis, but in order to continue attracting and retaining the top talent we desire, we need to ensure compensation rewards the efforts and success they make for the organization.

Former Employee3.3Jan 3, 2024Snowflake's SMB org is unfortunately undergoing a huge shift (for the worst) and the culture across that entire org has been completely shot compared to where it was 2 years ago. Snowflake's product is amazing and I loved selling it, but when you are micromanaged, no path or vision forward, and you are underpaid.....a great product can only take you so far.
