Current Employee Snowflake has changed a lot in the last 3 years. At first targets were low, and still riding explosive growth. UK market went into a recession and management was toxic with no room for growth. Management is better now, and promotion are much better. However, promotion path is much more political now.
100% of quota was from meetings completed. Now it's a 60/40 split of commission based on meetings completed and opportunities created. It would be a fantastic plan except our meeting quota didn't decrease. It increased by 12%. Each meeting Is now worth (£) x (.88) x (.60).... Current Employee Great company on its way to become iconic! Very competitive market.
