The overall experience was good. Great place to learn and put on your resume. Mandatory work in office is not ideal.

Instead of focusing on innovating, the company focus on beating Databricks, now they are getting the best down by Databricks and fell far behind in AI. Also they made an easy to predict cost model to a complete black box angering customers with all these behind the scene cost services.

Aside from lacking steady management given organizational, structural changes - Snowflake is a pretty great place to work. SDR to AE pipeline is/was dry internally, but work-wise, solid chance to perform well.
