Lots of change all at the same time (TCV-> ACV, change account yeah structure/roles, and many others) has made the company’s direction unclear, and AEs are the ones to suffer. Bad support model, lots of admin and busy work. Don’t give time to be strategic Look elsewhere if unless you like dealing with transactional deals and admin work.

Current Employee1.9Feb 8, 2025Company has gone downhill since the previous CEO left. There is no clear direction in any of the segments and management only prefers brown nosers. New Senior leadership is old school and will talk bad behind your back if you give them the slightest reason to.
