Good product overall, great culture and leadership. Challenging to hit quota. Inbound pipeline is poor. Canadian benefits are extremely weak compared to US. US has 401k matching, Canadians do not get RRSP matching, ESPP available for US employees but not Canadian, and US employees get additional healthcare benefits like fertility benefits whereas Canadians do not.

Monthly quotas but focused heavily on quarterly attainment. If you don't hit your quarter, you don't get your monthly incentive for being over 100% goal until you reach your quarterly attainment.
