Monthly quotas but focused heavily on quarterly attainment. If you don't hit your quarter, you don't get your monthly incentive for being over 100% goal until you reach your quarterly attainment.

Sprout has an awesome company culture if that matters to you. The pay for SMB-MM AEs isn't competitive though. Marketing team does good work so leads do come in but there's been a larger push towards AEs outbounding in 2023.
