Culture has declined since bringing on a new CRO and primarily hiring from Salesforce. Less reps hitting quota, doesnt feel like leadership is doing a lot to change that. They did increase comp this year and try to make up for lack of attainment with spiffs.

Company is a very slowly sinking ship. Avoid if you can find a better role. Martech is not a purchasing priority and inbounds dried up

Sprout is losing its vision. It used to be one of the best products but competitors are quickly closing the gaps and the product team doesn’t seem to build for the customer anymore. This is causing low quota attainment and burnout amongst reps.
