Sprout is a great product and overall a solid company. The product market fit is great, but it can be tough to sell social in a down market. Leadership also has incredibly high goals, which is driving quotas through the roof and effecting compensation heavily going into 2024. You can do really well here if you're a decent rep depending on which segment you end up in.

The enterprise role feels more like an SMB role. You're constantly chasing small 6k deals since you're measured on a monthly quota.

My overall experience with Sprout is that it is a great company with great people. It does have it's issues and things are becoming a lot tougher (increased targets, higher pricing than competitors) but overall it is a great company to work for.
