Every day, I feel extremely valued at Sprout Social. Compared to previous companies where I was looked at as a number. Not only are my unique differences encouraged at Sprout, but they're celebrated. I'm pushed to hit my numbers in a way that my strengths align with and not corned into a mold that doesn't fit how I work best.

Sprout has historically paid L1-3 (SMB->MM->Corporate) well below market rates, bottom ~15% for SMB. These levels got raises in the new year to 60/120 for SMB and 75/150 for MM, but the commission structure got changed to capped monthly MRR performance, with a heavier focus on total TCV.
