Current Employee Sprout is a great product with serious innovation that truly helps customers support their social media goals. It is simple to use and provides robust analytics. However, leadership and culture have gone downhill over the last year. Leadership focuses on the flavor of the week while not having a true defined strategy in place for market shift and upmarket expansion. It has also become a mini Salesforce with the majority of leadership and reps being hired from there shifting the culture and expectations of what success is
