Current Employee4.0Apr 23, 2024My overall experience with Sprout is that it is a great company with great people. It does have it's issues and things are becoming a lot tougher (increased targets, higher pricing than competitors) but overall it is a great company to work for.

Commission plan is generous in the sense that it always seemed to be more than I had calculated in my head. Burnout is ravaging the entirety of the sales team and I would expect to see a lot of reps move on soon.
