Sprout has the best leadership teams I've ever been around from 1st line to CEO - they're people that have your back and will push you to succeed. Commission plan is generous in the sense that it always seemed to be more than I had calculated in my head. Many comp plans put there are looking for ways to take money out of your pocket, Sprouts really encourages overperformance. There's not much more you can ask for in an organization than people who genuinely care about you personally and professionally and Sprout has that. Best product in the industry too, it was a joy ripping and replacing competitors.

Product is still great and so are the people. Increased pressure from new leadership has all managers putting that pressure then onto their reps. Burnout is ravaging the entirety of the sales team and I would expect to see a lot of reps move on soon.
