Company that lacks direction and alignment. they could potentially be a great company, but I have a lot of growing pains. They’ve grown too fast and it operates like a chaotic startup.

Not run like a typical sales org, you only get 90 days of quota credit for each deal sold. A lot of things can happen out of your control to make deals worth less than forecasted. Culture is great, and overall the company does things very well.

Worst strategy and operations around. Constantly making changes and little equate to more profit. BDR passes are worthless since most are not qualified. There’s no support besides own sourcing and little training
