Comp plan makes it hard to dramatically exceed OTE. There are probably less than 10 reps at Stripe who have an honest shot at making more than $500K. Frequent leadership changes in the sales org, and unclear if Stripe has found product/market fit in the enterprise. Adyen is a strong competitor in most deals.

My overall experience was great when it comes to product and learning about sales processes (it was my first closing role) and terrible when it comes to compensation structure and transparency.
