Great place to work. Leadership and culture are good but compensation plan keeps changing and it is getting harder to achieve the quota.

Stripe has a great product however not quite for Enterprise. Stripe needs to invest in GTM motion, for structuring incentives as well as building right systems, tools and process to remove friction in selling

Comp plan makes it hard to dramatically exceed OTE. There are probably less than 10 reps at Stripe who have an honest shot at making more than $500K. Frequent leadership changes in the sales org, and unclear if Stripe has found product/market fit in the enterprise. Adyen is a strong competitor in most deals.

Stripe is a logo companies will just use because it is a big brand. While OTE is sexy, they have VERY complicated plans (by design) and make it very hard to actually hit your number.
