Changing directives from leadership every month. You will not get leads from marketing. It’s not just a sales roles — it’s business development, onboarding, installation at times, customer support and managing your manager. Training is repetitive and childlike. Should focus more on increasing sales acumen and process (MEDDICC).

Onboarding is a joke, good luck starting off in the retail role without losing your mind. Comp structure was not truthfully explained going into the role, and they cut territories in 1/3 less than a year into the role. Outside of reps who had lots of inbounds when their territories were multiple states, very few are hitting targets. Salesforce, customer data, systems...Read More
