Former Employee The company could really benefit from stronger, more forward-thinking leadership. It’s a tough industry, and internally, there’s a noticeable lack of alignment and a culture that sometimes feels divided. Decision-making often seems reactive rather than strategic, and there’s a sense that some middle managers are more focused on their own advancement than supporting their teams. Issues tend to get patched over instead of fully addressed, which only creates more challenges down the line. There have been so many rounds of layoffs, it’s hard to keep track, and overall, the organization seems to be in need of a reset with leadership that brings clarity, direction, and earns employees’ trust.
