Former Employee2.1Mar 30, 2024If you're fresh out of college, may be an ok job. The product is phenomenal, and CSS has to be one of the most innovative orgs in tech. That said, the entire Otter org was the definition of a circus. Outside of a good product, there was nothing else I'd consider good related to the company. It's a sweat shop that pays what you'd expect to earn in an actual sweatshop....Read More
