Memorable. Training was great! Commissions were paid out every 3months. Depending on your territory quarterly commissions ranged between 5-20k every three months.

I grew up at UPS and love the service, the local leadership and camaraderie. The historical compensation/benefits /retirement are great. Unfortunately, these are being eroded each and every year by corporate leadership. The corporate view of low/mid management has changed from "partners in the business" to headcount.
