Salary for a Mid-Market AE is well below the industry standard for Austin. Don't expect to make any commission. Everything is unattainable with no structure or support. There is more turnover in this company than any I have ever seen. There is no path to growth and it feels like the company does not want to see you be successful. Leadership seems to feed on seeing everyone fail till they give up and throw in the towel.

The product is great. The company has evolved with the BA Insight product to a GenAI application that integrates well with Microsoft Copilot. The company is going through major changes in staff.
