Upland is putting in effort to make the sales team worth being part of but is falling short. You could get put on a product that could sell itself or a product nobody has ever heard of. They have the potential of making this a great place to work but might take a couple more years. I have seen many great workers leave due to lack of opportunity and pay. If you accept a job understand that money always comes first and leadership is still figuring out how to function.

Coming in as a SDR they tell you there's so much opportunities for growth which is mostly a lie. If you want to stay in sales and move into a closing role it wont happen here. They started a mid-market program to get internal SDR's into closing roles to bridge the gap between SDR and enterprise AE. Not a great place to work in sales. Going through so many changes currently and mid management and upper management don't know what they are doing. They are spending money on new reps like wild and getting no results for most products. DSR team is a joke and CSO and his team are over their heads. Beware
