If you are an ae in Sydney, would not recommend at all. Monthly targets are 125k, with now little to no marketing support. Scaled the team from 5 reps 12 months ago to now 13 and they want to add more… Good luck with the targets… all they tell us to do is outbound more… but also close outbound deals in 2/3 weeks. 1.5 million USD is the target..

Vanta used to be a great company to work at when it was easy to sell, but newer competitors have led to an impossible situation: You are supposed to hit pretty high quota while also being pushed by upper management to reduce pricing.
