Great culture, but the competition is brutal and it seems like every week another platform pops up. Lower and lower deal amounts are becoming the norm in a race to the bottom, overpromising value regularly.

Vanta upmarket took a while to get going but is now firing on all cylinders. Average Deal values have gone up significantly, win rates against main competitors continue to climb. Culture and vibes are good and most are hitting numbers now.

Pros - PMF - War-chest cash position - Competitive compensation and benefits - Real opportunity to IPO - Talented sellers on the team Cons - Career growth is ambiguous at best - Competition driving ACV down - Constant team/org changes - Monthly quotas (w/ no quota relief program)
