Sales leadership tries to motivate with fear - it’s cutthroat. Beware that in your interview they will tell you people hit quota but once you start, you see that half of people hit quota and a lot of that attainment it is out of the reps control. Overall a good company, but if you’re looking for a sales org where management will put in time to help you grow, this is not it.

Product is being caught up to rapidly by super low cost competitors. Company PIP policy means if you're not at target 2 quarters in a row you're gone. Quota are set at 1.4m+ for everyone, globally, very unattainable unless you're west or east coast, whole country in europe, etc. Performance is tracked monthly.

Spent time as a growth/mid-market AE and it’s not a strong segment to be at for Vanta. Delve is now the market leader, not Vanta. You’ve been warned
