My overall experience was mixed, good product but in EMEA ISO27001 is not adhered to by all, so it was a tricky sale through the channel. This was just not a Vanta issue, I know that other competitors (and there are many) where having the same issue in the channel. Has masses potential when gov and industry start to demand compliance and a de facto.

Sales leadership tries to motivate with fear - it’s cutthroat. Beware that in your interview they will tell you people hit quota but once you start, you see that half of people hit quota and a lot of that attainment it is out of the reps control.
