If you are an ae in Sydney, would not recommend at all. Monthly targets are 125k, with now little to no marketing support. Scaled the team from 5 reps 12 months ago to now 13 and they want to add more… Good luck with the targets… all they tell us to do is outbound more… but also close outbound deals in 2/3 weeks. 1.5 million USD is the target..

CEO is amazing while the rest of sales leadership is awful and encourages a boys club. Culture has become so toxic with sellers set up to fail and being fired monthly. Most early stage aes are gone….. there are reasons for that

Great product market fit. Lots of competitors and some of the systems seem like they have broken as the business has scaled. All common startup challenges and overall a great place to work if you are willing to put in the work/hours.
