Current Employee Working at Vanta has been a great experience overall. It's a high performance environment and can be fairly competitive depending on the team you're on. The biggest compliant I have is that there is no clear path to promotion as an SDR (within or outside of the sales org). It's something that's being worked on, but that's been the claim for well over a year now and we have yet to get any clarity on it.
