They have an Inbound SDR, so you won’t be getting any inbound leads. Most accounts have already evaluated Varonis but went with BigID or another competitor due to how expensive we are. The commission structure is complex, and micromanagement is at an all-time high. I wouldn’t recommend it. Very few are hitting quota.. Ask them why they are always hiring.. because people are always leaving. Great training though..

Overall experience has been good. Your direct manager with either make or break the experience, so make sure you get a good vibe from your manager before accepting the job.
