Most accounts have already evaluated Varonis but went with BigID or another competitor due to how expensive we are. The commission structure is complex, and micromanagement is at an all-time high. What they don’t tell you upfront is you make 50% of your commission year one, and 50% year two on three year deals. So you really can’t make your OTE until year 2.
