Current Employee Overall experience has been mostly positive. It’s a good product and is mostly respected in the industry. What they don’t tell you upfront is you make 50% of your commission year one, and 50% year two on three year deals. So you really can’t make your OTE until year 2. Also, commission rate is much lower on bread and butter Varonis and higher on things accounts aren’t purchasing which sucks. Leadership is intense and work life balance is nil.
