Current Employee Coworkers and leadership are great. Ryan Wong is lovely to work with and he chats with everyone, including BDRs and gets to know his employees. He plays basketball with employees on Tuesdays after work. BDR leadership is amazing, no micromanaging and very supportive. However, compensation structure can be hit or miss because it is based on S1s and not S0s in which an AE has to determine budget and put a price to flip the deal to S1. Depending on what AE, some can be stingy with flipping even if you work your ass off for them and you don’t see a payout. This sometimes mean scheduling and converting first intro meeting to a demo and after 2 meetings, a deal will be flipping to S1 depending on opinion of AE. Seems like there should be a more neutral / 3rd party reviewing these but it is what it is. Browse Other Reviews
